Do I need to change anything in Streamline?
Beyond adding your guest damage fee to listings, no. The integration is read-only: Velaris observes reservations to run enrollment, escrow accounting, and claims — it doesn't write to your Streamline account or alter bookings.
Which reservations are covered?
Every confirmed reservation that syncs through Streamline under your program rules — regardless of the channel it was booked on. That includes direct bookings, which platform protection products never cover.
