Track integration questions
How does the Velaris Track integration work?
Velaris connects to Track with read-only access to reservations. Confirmed bookings enroll in your damage program automatically, the guest damage fee applies per reservation, and claims reference the Track booking record. Nothing about how your team uses Track changes.
Do I need to change anything in Track?
Beyond adding your guest damage fee to listings, no. The integration is read-only: Velaris observes reservations to run enrollment, escrow accounting, and claims — it doesn't write to your Track account or alter bookings.
Which reservations are covered?
Every confirmed reservation that syncs through Track under your program rules — regardless of the channel it was booked on. That includes direct bookings, which platform protection products never cover.
How long does setup take?
The connection itself takes minutes; most portfolios are fully live — fee configured, escrow funded, homeowners notified — inside a couple of weeks. Your Velaris advisor runs the launch checklist with you.
What does it cost?
